Returns or exchanges based on color variance or subjective expectations shall not be accepted.
1 In-stock items shall be dispatched within approximately two (2) to five (5) business days upon receipt of full payment.
2 Made-to-order and pre-order items require a production period of approximately three (3) to four (4) months, excluding public holidays. Actual shipping timelines may vary depending on production progress.
3 Where an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, shipment shall be made only after all items are available.
Customers who wish to receive in-stock items earlier must place separate orders.
1 Upon order confirmation, the order shall immediately enter procurement, currency exchange, and administrative processing.
2 Cancellation requests made within twenty-four (24) hours of order placement shall be eligible for a full refund.
3 Cancellation requests made after twenty-four (24) hours, for reasons not attributable to the Company (including but not limited to personal reasons),
shall be subject to an administrative fee equivalent to ten percent (10%) to fifteen percent (15%) of the total order amount.
4 All refunds shall be processed after deduction of applicable fees and shall be issued via bank transfer only.
5 The Company reserves the right to restrict or suspend accounts, including blacklisting, in cases of repeated or unjustified order cancellations.
1 Customers must review the return and exchange policy prior to purchase.
Any inquiries must be submitted within the seven (7)-day inspection period via the official Instagram customer service channel for evaluation and further handling.
2 Minor damage to packaging (including but not limited to dents, deformation,
or external wear) arising during transportation shall be deemed normal logistics risk and shall not constitute a product defect. Such cases are not eligible for return or exchange.
3 Pre-order bonuses, special editions, and promotional items are provided on a complimentary basis and are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of significant defects.
4 Capsule toys and blind box products shall be shipped based on random allocation. Selection of specific designs, variants, or packaging types is not permitted.
5 Where an exchange is approved, the customer shall present the defective product along with the relevant communication record at a designated retail location.
All exchanges shall be conducted on a random replacement basis within the same product series, and selection of specific items shall not be permitted.
6 International Orders – Defect Handling
For international orders, defective items shall not be eligible for exchange. Refunds shall be issued only upon confirmation of the defect.
The refund amount shall be strictly limited to the unit price of the defective item, as allocated within the original order. Under no circumstances shall refunds be granted for full sets, bundled products, or box quantities.
All shipping fees, handling charges, and any associated transaction costs are non-refundable.
1 If the customer is unable to visit a retail location, the Company may arrange shipment. The customer shall provide the following information:
Shipping method (7-11 or T-Cat Logistics)
Delivery address / store location
Full name
Contact number
2 If the customer does not accept random replacement:
Refunds may be processed at the original point of purchase; or
Customers may contact official customer service for online refund arrangements.
